Frequently Asked Questions

  • Think of me as your personal vacation advocate. While a website can give you a price, it can’t tell you if a hotel actually works for your family's specific needs.

Essentially, I take the "work" out of your vacation by being your:

    • Researcher: I spend the the time vetting hotels, theme parks, and transportation so you don’t have to.

    • Planner: I handle the bookings, itinerary planning, and accessibility requests from start to finish.

    • Advocate: You already handle so much of the mental load, I’m here to spend the time on the phone with my travel partners to ensure your families unique needs are met.

    • Did you say deal?: I monitor the latest promotions to make sure you’re getting the best value for your budget.

In short: I handle the logistics, so you can just focus on the magic.

  • The short answer is no! When you book any vacation—whether it’s with Disney, a cruise line, or an all-inclusive resort—those travel companies already build a commission fee into their prices. If you book it yourself on their website, they simply keep that extra money.

You already carry so much as a caregiver; your vacation planning shouldn’t be another weight on your shoulders. For the same price you’d pay to do the phone calls, research, and extra work yourself, you get a dedicated partner and fellow mama bear who is passionate about travel accessibility. You already handle the mental load and daily hurdles for your extraordinary kiddo; I’m your village to handle the travel logistics for your whole family so everyone can experience the magic.

  • While I don't offer direct discounts on travel packages, the prices you see are the official rates set by the travel brands, I am always on the hunt for the best deals for my clients to maximize their budget.

I love to sprinkle a little pixie dust on my clients as well!

As a thank you for trusting me with your family’s memories, I offer exclusive travel rewards for qualifying bookings. The best part? You get to choose how you use them! This can include onboard credits to spend while you’re at sea, a Disney Gift Cards (up to $200!) that you can use for souvenirs, snacks, or even that extra-special character dinner or a simple Visa gift card to help with fuel on your road trip!

  • I’ve designed my process to be the easiest thing on your "To-Do" list! We move at your pace, and I handle the heavy lifting. Here is how we get the magic started:

    1. Your "Wish Upon a Star" Inquiry: Click the “GET A FREE QUOTE” button to send me your initial thoughts. It’s a short form where you can tell me about your dream destination and your family’s unique needs.

    2. Consultation: We’ll hop on a quick 15-minute call (or chat via email!). This is where you tell me about your extraordinary kiddo—what they love, what triggers to avoid, and what a "perfect day" looks like for your crew.

    3. Engineering the Magic: This is where I go to work as your navigator. I research every hotel, transport option, and layout to ensure they meet my high standards. I’ll build a custom travel itinerary that respects your child’s sensory needs and mobility requirements while keeping your family's budget on track.

    4. Itinerary Options: Once you approve the plan, I handle all the bookings, call the resorts to verify accessibility details, and guide you through the latest Disney DAS (Disability Access Service) protocols if applicable.

    5. To Accessibility and Beyond! I’ll send you a finalized travel packet with everything you need. While you’re away, I’m just a text or call away if you need your travel bestie to step in.

  • While only a Disney Cast Member can officially approve a DAS request, I am here to make sure you are prepared and feeling confident for that conversation!

Here is how I support you through the DAS process:

    • The Latest Intel: Disney’s rules have shifted to focus on developmental disabilities and I stay up-to-date on these changes so you aren’t surprised by the new 60-day registration window or the new virtual-only interview process.

    • Prep: We will chat before your video interview with Disney. I’ll help you organize your thoughts so you can clearly explain your extraordinary kiddo’s specific needs and why a traditional standby line isn't a safe or viable option for them.

    • A Plan B (and C!): If DAS isn't the right fit for your situation, I don’t leave you hanging. I’ll help you navigate other accommodations, like rider switch, sensory break locations, and strategic "low-wait" touring plans.

    • Technical Setup: I’ll make sure your My Disney Experience app is linked and ready to go so that once you are approved, using the service in the parks is as seamless as possible.

While I cannot sit in on the interview for you, but I’ll make sure you go into it feeling confident, prepared, and supported.

  • Absolutely. In fact, this is one of the most important parts of my job. For a family with an extraordinary kiddo, a vacation is only a "vacation" if everyone feels safe and comfortable

I help you navigate these needs by:

    • Vetting Menus: Whether it’s severe allergies or specific food preferences, I’ll help you find the best dining spots and show you how to skip the crowded lines using mobile ordering.

    • Finding Quiet Spaces: I’ll point out the best "sensory break" zones in the parks—places where you can escape the noise, heat, and crowds to decompress.

    • Planning Your Pace: We’ll structure your day to avoid "peak crowd" times so your child’s energy (and yours!) stays regulated.

    • Advocating for You: I make sure every hotel and dining reservation has your specific needs noted before you even arrive.

I handle the research and the "what-ifs," so you can just enjoy the magic.

  • I certainly do! While I love the magic of a Disney vacation, I am happy to help you navigate the travel world. My goal is to find the right fit for your family's unique needs, whether that’s on land, at sea, or anywhere in between. Let's find your next favorite destination together!

  • Yes! Almost all of the packages I book offer payment plans.
